  • Add your trip dates on the booking page to get the cancellation details for this stay.

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM. Checkout before 11:00 AM. 10 guests maximum.

  • Strip all used beds and leave linens piled on top along with used towels. Place any unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Turn off all lights and fans. Shut all windows, lock front door, back door, and sliding door. Set the AC unit up to 80 in summer and to 68 in winter.

  • Use of the pool requires completion of a brief tutorial and a signed waiver.
